Do I need a separate Channex contract?+
No. Hotel Native includes Channex. You don't see a separate invoice and you don't talk to them directly. It's infrastructure.
What happens if Channex has an outage?+
Durable outbox queue. Pushes don't get dropped — they retry with exponential backoff until Channex is back. Pulls get recovered by the hourly revision retry cron. We've had zero booking losses from Channex outages in 18 months.
How fast do OTA bookings appear in the PMS?+
