Why replace PriceLabs.

PriceLabs is a third-party service. It pulls your data, runs its algorithm, and pushes rates back — often overwriting your manual pins. And you pay $50-100/month for it. Hotel Native's Revenue Agent runs inside the PMS, reads the same real-time inventory and bookings your team sees, and respects every floor, ceiling, and manual override you set. No overwriting your pins. No separate subscription.

  • Included in your Hotel Native plan — cancel PriceLabs
  • Respects manual rate overrides — pins are pins
  • Per-room-type floor + ceiling rates enforced
  • Explains every price change: 'Raised King to $189 — Liga MX match Friday, comp-set at $210'
  • Full audit log of every rate change (who, when, why)
  • Auto-push to Channex — no 5-minute delay

Signals the Revenue Agent reads.

Not just 'current occupancy'. Demand forecasting pulls local events, historical pickup, day-of-week patterns, comp-set pricing, weather, and OTA competitor cache to project where rates should move. Then it applies your business rules on top.

  • Local events (concerts, conventions, sports via Google Events)
  • Historical pickup curves (last year same day, last week)
  • Comp-set pricing via Booking.com scraping
  • Weather (rain events, peak season)
  • Day-of-week seasonality
  • Early-booking vs last-minute split
  • OTA campaign promotions (Booking.com Genius etc.)

Rate parity and net vs gross handled for you.

Booking.com requires gross rates with 15% commission. Hotelbeds wants net rates with contracted markup. Your direct website wants gross with a 3-5% commission advantage. Hotel Native manages rate-plan rules per channel automatically — no more accidental rate-parity disputes.

  • Per-channel rate plans (net vs gross, commission-aware)
  • Rate parity monitor across all channels
  • Direct booking advantage — commission-free pricing surfaced automatically
  • B2B cutoff rules per wholesaler contract

Frequently asked

What if I don't trust AI pricing?+

You set floor and ceiling rates. The Revenue Agent works inside those guardrails. You can also pin any date to a fixed rate — pins never get overwritten. If you turn off the Revenue Agent entirely, you still have every other feature of Hotel Native.

How do I know the AI is raising rates for good reasons?+

Every price change has a plain-English explanation. 'Raised Standard King Friday Apr 25 to $189 — Liga MX match at 8pm, pickup curve 40% ahead of same weekend last year, comp-set at $210 average.' You can disagree and pin; the next change won't re-overwrite your pin.

How does this compare to PriceLabs exactly?+

PriceLabs is an external tool running on a 5-minute cron. Hotel Native is inside the PMS, runs continuously, and doesn't fight your manual overrides. PriceLabs costs $50-100/month separately. Hotel Native Revenue Manager is included.
