These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hotel Native platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Hello Native AI Inc. ("Hello Native," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Hotel Native provides software for hospitality operations, including property management, reservations, guest communication, and related tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the Service.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) use the Service to violate any law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

The Service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Hello Native AI Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited license to use it as described here.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLO NATIVE AI INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
